Olivia Dorsey, MSW, LCSW

Olivia is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families in both hospital and school settings. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Sacred Heart University. Olivia has coordinated comprehensive care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, facilitated access to outpatient mental health and addiction services, and provided therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan. In school settings, she has delivered individual and group counseling, supported students’ social-emotional learning and academic success, and collaborated with families and educators to ensure continuity of care. Committed to client-centered, evidence-based practice, she brings compassion, expertise, and a collaborative approach to supporting mental health and wellness at Navigant Counseling.
